What's the order to play the Barkley games in?

(+1)

Publication Order is

1) Barkley Shut Up and Jam Gaiden 1 (Tales of Game's Studios Presents Chef Boyardee's Barkley, Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden, Chapter 1 of the Hoopz Barkley SaGa.)

2) Barkley Shut Up and Jam Gaiden 3(Shitpost edition) (The Lost SaGa)

3) Barkley Shut Up and Jam Gaiden 2 (The Magical Realms of Tír na nÓg: Escape from Necron 7 - Revenge of Cuchulainn: The Official Game of the Movie - Chapter 2 of the Hoopz Barkley SaGa: Janky Demo Ver)

4) Barkley Shut Up and Jam Gaiden 4 (Barkley Gaiden²: The Son Of Dark Draker: Barkley Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden, Gaiden Episode 1)

For fans of chronological order, however, switch games 2 and 3.

Got hype for a moment...

I finished it and enjoyed it thoroughly. The few hours of gameplay were engaging, and it was really humorously written, really in the spirit of the original and I even recognized deep cuts from the lore and the cut B2 content.

Now, not saying I will definitely replay it, but how do I ensure the NG+ content is available if I ever decide to revisit it? I saw Truckpump in Frankie's stream and noticed they weren't in the regular game.

Thanks for the kind words!

For New Game Plus, when you start a New Game, press the Plus key.

Running OK on Steamdeck (Proton 7.0-6).
For some reason Proton 8.0-4 had an issue with the Steamdeck power suspend/resume or something, with the screen going all black when I came back if I put it to sleep while playing (controls & audio still worked though). Maybe seemed to happen more, when suspending during dialogue?
Just keep Proton version old-school and seems to play great. ⛹️

Good to know! Thanks for testing it

Stuck at the basement dungeon right now, Figured out the switch, but can’t seem to progress forwards.

Once you have the hookshot you can go north past the brain bots and get the chip.

Very fun to play this, especially after having dug through the assets and the old demos for barkley 2 proper so much. The insane barkley lore is all there, and so is the writing quality. It's a little jank to play, but honestly that kinda fits. B Ball never dies.
